Live webinar with discussion was organized in the end of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"scenario\"><\/span>Scenario:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Part 1<\/strong>: Vote: To review 10 impactful clinical cases for a 2-weeks period and vote for the most significant one. 3 cases with most votes were selected after that.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Part 2<\/strong>: Live webinar: Reunion of all participants so that everybody could see the 3 clinical cases in detail and be part of high level scientific discussion. Each case was presented by the respective oncologist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"solution-2-part-project-in-credoweb-digital-platform\"><\/span>Solution: 2-part project in CredoWeb digital platform<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Part 1: Vote<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A secret digital space was exclusively developed in CredoWeb digital platform. All 10 cases were presented in the Landing page by a patient\u2019s avatar, title and case summary. All 10 oncologists were also presented with their photos and names.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enabling voting \u2013 each invited doctor had one unique vote, which could be changed during the voting period;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Randomization of the cases order;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Progress bar which showed how many case were reviewed by each participant;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subpages were created for each patient\u2019s case;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Doctors presented with name, place of practice and country;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each clinical case page contained summary of the clinical case, attached PPT with the case and voting option;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom dashboard with pre-defined KPIs for the pharma team;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Branded e-invitations and reminders, based on agreed schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Part 2: Webinar in CredoMeet tool<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The live webinar was hosted in CredoMeet digital tool.
